We are currently seeking a:

TECH PRODUCT OWNER - M/F - FLUENT IN FRENCH

Main functions:

Contribute & Align the Product Vision and Product Roadmap with the Solution Owner and TSP Management;
Anticipate Customer needs and Market evolutions so that we make the difference in time;
Define the Release Plan based on the Product Roadmap;
Manage the Product Backlog:
Actively work with the team in decomposing Product Stories/Features and challenge these Ones with the team until everyone understands what must be delivered and how to do it right and fast;
Make the cut in Product Prioritization, by ranking Stories/Features in the backlog for the next Sprints adopting a value based prioritization method;
Lead the Product development activities;
Actively participate & organize the Agile Ceremonies of the Teams (stand-up/daily meetings, reviews, replenishing and retrospectives), constantly sharing our Agile Values & Principles
Test the implementation of the Stories/Features for the Product
Release ensuring that delivery is viable from a Customer acceptance perspective;
Prepare and Manage the Go/No-Go quality process for each Product Release;
Analyse the Product Outcomes once released, based on Customer feedbacks & Business Metrics in order to ensure Continuous improvement.

Skills & Basic Features:

Experience creating and maintaining a Product backlog and sorting the Product backlog items according to priority.

Strong Tech background in Java, JavaScript and Linux

Ability to Inspire others & generate people's commitment;

Ability to clearly communicate the business requirements to the Team.

Ability to understand, explain, support change

Ability to anticipate and adapt to business and strategic evolution

Experience with Product Development tools such as:

a. Backlog Management & Kanban (E.g.: Jira)

b. Knowledge Management: (E.g.: MS OneNote & Confluence)

c. Collaboration: (E.g.: MS Teams)

Experience with continuous integration principles and tools

a. GIT / Maven / Jenkins / Sonar / Nexus

Knowledge on test principles using BDD, TDD, Cucumber, Gherkin, etc. (At least have interest to learn it)

Experience with Cloud development, Docker and Kubernetes

a. Have a vision to leverage the cloud to enhance (value) the product on it evolution on a cloud basis.
